Stainless Steel Duct Installation Guide

## 1. Pre-installation Preparation

### Material Check: 1.1
- Verify that duct specifications and thickness comply with design requirements
- Verify that all accessories, including flanges and brackets, are present.
- Inspect the duct surface for damage or deformation

### 1.2 Tool Preparation
- Welding machines, cutting machines
- Spirit level, tape measure
- Wrench, screwdriver
- Lifting equipment

## II. Installation Steps

### Installation of 2.1 Supports and Hangers
1. Determine hanger and support locations per design drawings
2. Support and hanger spacing: Horizontal ducts ≤3m, vertical ducts ≤4m
3. Ensure supports and hangers are secure and reliable.

### 2.2 Duct Assembly
1. Install a gasket at the flange connection.
2. Tighten bolts evenly with spacing ≤ 150 mm
3. Duct connections must remain straight, with a deviation ≤3mm/m.

### 2.3 System Debugging
1. Check all connection points for sealing integrity.
2. Conduct airflow testing and adjustment
3. Record runtime parameters

## 3. Safety Precautions
- Always wear a safety harness when working at heights.
- Take fire precautions during welding operations
- Do not stand under the load during lifting.
