Adjustment procedure for airflow volume regulating valve
## 1. Pre-Debugging Preparation

### Device Check for 1.1
- Verify the valve model and specifications are correct
- Check actuator power wiring
- Manually test valve operation for smooth opening and closing

### 1.2 Control System
- Check PLC or DDC controller
- Verify that the signal cable is connected correctly
- Set control parameters

## 2. Debugging Steps

### 2.1 Zero Calibration
1. Valve fully closed position set to 0%
2. Adjust actuator zero position
3. Verify tightness of closure

### 2.2 Range Calibration
1. Valve fully open position set to 100%
2. Adjust actuator full scale
3. Measure maximum airflow

### 2.3 Linearity Test
Test at 25%, 50%, and 75%
- Record actual opening and feedback values
- Adjust to within 5% error margin

## 3. PID Parameter Tuning

### 3.1 Proportional Band (P)
- Initial setting: 50%
- Adjust based on response

### 3.2 Points Time (I)
- Eliminate static error
- Typical value: 30-60 seconds

### 3.3 Derivative Time (D)
- Improve dynamic responsiveness
- Typical value: 5-15 seconds
